Where are Giant RV’s locations?
Giant RV has four Southern California dealerships: Colton (1300 E. Santo Antonio Drive), Downey (11111 Florence Ave), Montclair (9150 Benson Ave) and Murrieta (24700 Madison Ave). Together they serve the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino and Northern San Diego counties.
What are your hours?
Sales is open Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–7pm and Sunday 10am–6pm. Parts & Service is open Monday–Saturday 8am–5pm and closed on Sunday. The hours are the same at all four locations.
How long has Giant RV been in business?
Giant RV is a family-owned dealership that has served Southern California RV buyers since 1985, more than 40 years, with over 40 acres of new and used RV inventory across its four locations.
Shopping for an RV
What types of RVs do you sell?
New and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, destination trailers, and Class A, Class B, Class C and Super C motorhomes, plus camper vans and overland RVs. Inventory changes daily, so the inventory pages always show what’s on the lot right now.
Where is the Giant RV Van Center?
The Van Center is at our Downey location. It specializes in Class B camper vans, Sprinter-based RVs, AWD and 4x4 adventure vans and overland vehicles, and is home to ATH Overland, Giant RV’s own adventure van upfitting operation.
What is Giant RV On Road Advantage?
On Road Advantage is Giant RV’s protection package. Its services include concierge service, technical assistance, identity theft protection, emergency roadside assistance and towing, and emergency travel reimbursement.
Financing
Can I pre-qualify without hurting my credit score?
Yes. Our pre-qualification takes a few minutes, needs no Social Security Number and has no impact on your credit score. It shows you the FICO version of your score that RV lenders use, so you know where you stand before you shop.
Do you offer RV financing?
Yes. Giant RV works with the nation’s leading lenders, and your personal Finance Manager contacts them on your behalf to find the best terms. You can apply online with our credit application or call (909) 473-4151.
Selling & Trading
Will Giant RV buy my RV?
Yes. We buy 2015 and newer working Class A, B and C gas and diesel motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers, paid for or not. If you have a balance we pay off your loan, you’re paid by cashier’s check or wire transfer, and our drivers can fly to you for pick-up. You can also consign your RV with us.
Can I trade in my RV?
Yes. Send us your RV’s details through Value My Trade for a fast appraisal, then put that value toward your next RV at any of our four locations.
Service & Parts
Do you service RVs?
Yes. Our Certified and Master Certified technicians handle maintenance, repairs and full RV collision repair, and we stock genuine RV replacement parts.
